The secret of the new Iridium IX spark plug lies in the laser-welded iridium electrode.
Thanks to its “minimal” diameter of just 0.6 mm, it concentrates the ignition voltage.

Advantages:
The optimal ignition properties of the Iridium IX spark plugs prevent sooting in stop and go traffic.
Misfires or misfires are prevented. This reduces pollutant emissions and protects the catalytic converter (if present) and the environment.
